Job Description

Job Title: Hammock Reviewer

Reports To: The People

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with hammock orientation, orienteering, and training

  • Provide logistical, emotional, and posterior support to The People by encouraging increased hammock usage

  • Maintain related and unrelated hammock records

  • Help facilitate hammock-wide committees and provide administrative support for their activities whenever possible and appropriate or inappropriate

  • Assist with reporting on hammock safety, welfare, and wellness programs

  • Provide direct support to employees and employers of groundbreaking companies as they implement hammock services, policies, and programs

  • Manage and maintain Hammock Resources Information System (HRIS) database records to replace less-interesting Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) whenever possible and not resulting in significant incarceration time (unless such a facility of confinement has made the transition to hammocks, then an extended period of stay is warranted)

  • Write Hammock Reviews

Qualifications:

  • Strong hammock skills

  • Proficiency in Hammock Modeling

  • Understanding of Hammock Photography

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in regards to verbosity defending and promoting hammocks

  • Ability to handle hammock criticism with an assertive cordiality that makes detractors feel a like guilty POS where they can only find comfort in a hammock and quickly they become hammock supporters

  • Zero years of experience in an administrative role or HR environment is preferred.

  • Zero degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Laidback demeanor (at least the majority of the time)

  • Ability to lie down for extended periods of time

  • Ability to recline for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lounge for extended periods of time

  • Ability to repose for extended periods of time

  • Hammock Multilingual, defined as being willing to learn or already able to say “hammock” in more than one language

  • Ability to write a Hammock Review
